We are continually enhancing Flash Connect to meet your business needs. Therefore, we are introducing a new feature that enables you to approve pre-initialised withdrawals. This feature complements the recently updated access-based workflow.
Key Features:
Approval Functionality: Users with APPROVE/ADMIN access levels can now approve pre-initiated withdrawals.
User Access:
TRANSACT: Users can initiate withdrawals, which will remain in the INITIALISED state until approved.
APPROVE: Users can approve pre-created withdrawals, moving them from the INITIALISED to the APPROVED status.
ADMIN: Users can both initiate and approve withdrawals, as well as manage user access levels.
How It Works:
Initiation: A user with TRANSACT access initiates a withdrawal, which remains in the INITIALISED state.
Approval: A user with APPROVE or ADMIN access identifies and approves the INITIALISED withdrawal(s), which will change their status to APPROVED.
The new feature incorporates a mechanism to automatically cancel withdrawals that are not approved within 7 days, ensuring that no transactions remain pending indefinitely.
