Auto-Sweep now available in Flash Connect

The Auto-Sweep feature helps you automatically transfer the remaining balance from your Flash account daily, without lifting a finger. Set it up once on the Flash Connect portal, and your funds will be transferred to a nominated account on a daily schedule at a time you choose.

How It Works

Select a nominated account and a daily sweep time. Flash transfers your full remaining balance to that account each day at the scheduled time (UTC), leaving your Flash balance at 0. Standard withdrawal fees apply to each sweep, the same as for a manual withdrawal. You stay in control: Auto-Sweep is disabled by default, and you can configure or turn it off at any time.

Where to Use It

  • In Flash Connect, set up Auto-Sweep from your account's action menu. Multi-currency clients can find it in the Accounts action menu; single-currency clients can set it up directly from their account block on the main page.

  • Your nominated account can be a domestic Australian account or an international account, depending on your setup.

What This Offers Clients

  • Hands-off cash management: Funds move automatically on your schedule with no manual daily steps.

  • Less idle balance: Excess funds are swept to your nominated account each day rather than sitting in the account.

  • You stay in control: Opt in when you're ready, and adjust or pause the Auto-Sweep whenever you need.
