Will my identity be verified?

Before we can activate your Flash Payments account we need to verify your identity. This is to protect both you and your personal information from fraudsters, and to keep Flash Payments secure. 

We'll need some basic personal information from you like your full name, date of birth, mailing address, email and phone number. You can enter all of this on the sign-up page. 

From there we'll ask you to supply either a Driver's License or Passport number, which can be done either manually or via a document upload. If the address on your ID doesn't match your current address you'll need to upload a second proof-of-address document. 

Once we have everything verification shouldn't take more than a few minutes! From there, you are free to use Flash Payments for your international money transfers.
