Flexible submission: You can now submit answers one question at a time, or complete the entire form and submit all responses at once.
Immediate progress: Each answer you submit is instantly received by our compliance team, so there’s no need to wait until the whole form is ready.
Transparent submission management: Easily view which questions are answered and which are pending, giving you complete control over your RFI completion.
Faster review: Once all questions are complete, your RFI moves straight to assessment, which means quicker resolution.

Step-by-step guide:
Access your RFI link:
You’ll receive a secure, client-specific link to your RFI form.
Answer questions individually or all at once:
Manage unavailable documents:
If you cannot provide a document:
Click the “Cannot Provide” button next to the question.
Enter the reason (e.g., “Not available”) and submit.
4. Track your progress:
The form will display which questions have been answered and which are still pending.
You can return to the form at any time before the link expires to complete any remaining questions.
5. Completion:
Once all questions are answered, you’ll see a confirmation message.
Your submission will move to “In Assessment” with our compliance team.
If the form is completely filled out, the link to it automatically expires. That is, it becomes inactive.
